Terenor Trade OÜ is a commodities trading company founded in 2026 by a team of trading experts working together since 2005 on the markets of EMEA countries.
Over the years, the team has acquired valuable experience in providing customer-driven solutions in crude oil, petrochemicals, light and heavy refined products trading — including logistics, trade finance, hedging and other supporting services.
The team of Terenor Trade OÜ has experience of managing tolling schemes at refineries across EMEA countries to provide versatile and cost-effective solutions to our customers requiring products to their specification.
With the team spread over Europe and a network of connections in EMEA countries, we trade a variety of products ranging from crude oil to fractions and petrochemical products in quantities from a single railway or truck load to vessel volumes. To add value to our services, we offer logistics, trade finance and hedging support to provide the most efficient and cost-effective solution to customer needs.
With experience of over 20 years, our team has developed a network of logistics providers operating on different domestic and international markets — including carriers and forwarding companies, stevedores, fleet owners and inspection companies. This gives us an opportunity to provide complex logistics solutions to meet our customers' demands in safe and secure delivery of their cargo to any destination within Europe and Asia.
Terenor Trade plans to launch production of terrace boards and marine-grade decking in Estonia using mahogany, leveraging strong regional demand and available woodworking capacity. The team is already working on the project and intends to source logs and edged timber from African countries, with subsequent sea delivery to Estonia.
We follow strict KYC and sanctions-screening procedures on every counterparty before signing a contract. All deals are reviewed for compliance with EU and OFAC frameworks.
Our team works with terminals and customs frameworks aligned with EU directives, ensuring documentation, certification and origin tracking are handled correctly across borders.
Cargoes move via certified carriers, inspected wagons and bonded warehouses. We work only with logistics partners holding ADR/RID certification for hazardous petroleum products.
